Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the highly unprofessional and unacceptable service experience I faced at Truenorth Peeragarhi.
On 26 December 2025 at 09:20 AM, I handed over my car to your driver for servicing. However, I did not receive any confirmation call or message from the service center confirming receipt of my vehicle.
After repeated waiting, I personally called the service center at around 02:00 PM to inquire about the status and expected delivery time. To my shock, at 14:35 hrs, I was informed that my car had just been received by the service center.
This raises a very serious concern: Where was my car from 09:20 AM to 02:30 PM?
No explanation was provided to me for this unexplained delay.
Despite this, I cooperated and clearly told your team to take sufficient time, complete the service properly, and resolve all my doubts related to the service.
However, at 08:00 PM, when the car was delivered to me, I found that the rear side of the car was still dirty, in the same condition as when it was handed over in the morning. This clearly indicates negligence and lack of basic quality checks.
I immediately recorded a video as evidence and shared it with the GM of Truenorth Peeragarhi.
What is even more disappointing is that this is NOT the first time I have faced such an issue. During the major service in June 2025, I paid approximately ?10,000, yet I received my car in a dirty and unsatisfactory condition even then.
Repeated incidents like this severely impact customer trust and raise doubts about:
Vehicle safety during handover
Transparency of service processes
Quality control and accountability
I request:
A written explanation of where my car was between 09:20 AM and 02:30 PM
Clarification on why basic cleaning and inspection were not done
Assurance that such negligence will not be repeated
Appropriate corrective action or compensation for this repeated poor experience
I expect a prompt and satisfactory response.
