The services are ultra pathetic with lots of attitude issues, particularly Mr. Vimal Shah, who’s a seasoned sales person and a senior person with a reckless attitude and it’s surprising that with these many years of experience, the kind of services and responsibilities towards his customers is so bad that it can make a sane person go crazy. He is non-responsive on the calls and poses himself as if he’s the owner of “Rajendra Toyota” . The owner of Rajendra Toyota should take this issue into cognizance and should not turn blind and put deaf ear's towards the customer grievances. We bought Innova Hybrid Hycross with great difficulty and Mr. Vimal Shah being the point of contact is a real pain. He doesn’t take calls, talk recklessly and not at all customer- friendly. Even my money is stuck with them for which they didn’t even showing interest to pay back, even after raising several mails, following up for our own money to get back. I never thought that brand like this will cheat their customers and make their customers suffer like this. For taking their in house insurance we were told by Mr. Vimal Shah that “ if you are not taking insurance then you won’t get the car”. We are fed up by repeated follow ups, hence we have decided to move ahead with consumer court as all the staffs in RJ are blind and deaf to the customer’s issues and have lost faith. I request to one and all who reads this review to think ten times before going or reaching out these people who doesn’t take care of your issues, request and always make false promises.
