Minimum Group Size: Group discounts generally apply for bookings of 15 or more guests. For very large groups (50+ visitors), advance coordination is recommended.

Booking Timeline: We recommend confirming group bookings at least 3–7 days in advance. During weekends and holidays, booking 7–14 days earlier is advisable to ensure availability.

No Fees for Early Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are completely free of charge.

Flexible Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 0–48 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the adavnce amount paid. The remaining 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Free Rescheduling Option: Enjoy the flexibility of rescheduling your visit without any additional charges if update before 8:00 AM on the selected date of the visit.

Refund Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
